Group bookings must be made through a designated Uludag Travel
Service Group Bookings specialist. (For more information, please
refer to the Group Bookings section of the Uludag Travel Service
Web site.)
Unless otherwise stated, room prices are based on double occupancy,
in Euros, tax is included.
Room prices are established by the individual properties and
are not within the control of Uludag Travel Service . Uludag
Travel Service makes no warranties or guarantees regarding room
prices and/or availability.
Uludag Travel Service is solely responsible for the reservation
process and makes no warranties, either express or implied,
about the properties and/or property information featured on
this site.
Holiday/peak/seasonal supplements and black out dates may apply.
Uludag Travel Service is not responsible for failed or incomplete
reservations due to credit card processing errors, or technical,
software or Internet transmission problems. If any of these
problems occur, Uludag Travel Service can not guarantee the
availability of hotel room inventory or listed room prices.
By submitting your credit card and booking information, you
agree that you have read and accepted BOTH the above policies,
including the Cancellation Policy, AND the Terms and Conditions
for this Web site.
Payment
You will need a valid credit card in order to confirm a reservation.
Your credit card will be debited when your reservation has been
confirmed; unless you are otherwise informed and will
be charged in the local currency of your destination for the
amount equivalent to the published rates.
Confirmation
Confirmation of your reservation along with vouchers and instructions
will be provided via email once all necessary local arrangements
have been made on your behalf. Reservations made during the
week will in normal circumstances be confirmed within 24hrs.
Confirmation of reservations made over weekends and/or public
holidays may however take slightly longer. If for any reason
you do not receive notification please contact info@uludaghotels.com
Cancellations
Most of the hotels has their own cancelation policy. Please
be sure that you read and agreed The Hotels Cancelation Policy
from hotel pages (Book Info). Sightseeing and package tour cancellation
policies vary; you will be informed of these policies before
you receive final confirmation. The above cancellation policy
always applies unless you are otherwise informed. If you are
not agree with any amendments to the above booking conditions
reflected in your reservations confirmation email you will have
the right to cancel your booking immediately without incurring
any charges.
Accident and Injury
Cybercityguides and its representatives cannot be held liable
for any accident or injury incurred by the client of any kind
how so ever caused through any third party directly or indirectly.
Such claims must be dealt with directly by the supplier of the
actual service concerned.
